About My Experience

I began my career with a strong administrative foundation after completing the Secretarial Program at Drake Business Schools. My first role supporting the President, Vice President, Office Manager, sales teams, project managers, and IT at Meadows Office Furniture (now Meadows Office Interiors) set the stage for later positions at S&P, McGraw‑Hill Companies, and KPMG.A career pivot led me into commercial printing as a QA/QC Manager, where I strengthened my capabilities in process control, documentation management, audit preparation, and ISO 15378 alignment. Prior to that, I founded MovilDesk in 2017 to provide executives, entrepreneurs, and businesses with administrative support.In 2024, I returned to operations and executive support as an Executive Business Partner at Carter Lard Consulting, contributing to workflow optimization, organizational support, and client‑focused operational solutions as a proxy to the CEO.Across all roles, I have supported senior leadership with complex calendars, travel coordination, documentation control, agendas, summaries, and cross‑functional operations—emphasizing clear expectations, proactive communication, lean processes, and reliable execution.EDUCATION
I completed my professional administrative training at Drake Business Schools in 1996, an institution recognized for its long history of practical, career‑focused business education. This training established the administrative foundation that supported my growth into executive support, QA/QC management, consulting, entrepreneurship, and operational leadership roles.
